Tips to lose weight.

1. Run 1hour before u do breakfast.

You must wake up one hour before doing breakfast. Go to walk at least 35to 40minutes. And then do breakfast.

2. walk of 40minutes after breakfast.

After doing breakfast you must have a walk of 30to 40minutes, so the food that u eat can digest quickly...

3. Do not eat oily things anywhere or anytime.

Oily things which we eat are the real reason for our increased fat, oily things make u fatty, create a greater amount of cholesterol in our body, that can be the reason for quick or sudden death. So if you want to lose your weight stay away completely from oily things. Eat vegetables as much as you can.

4. Use lemon water or green tea.

Lemon juice can reduce the extra fat in you, it is the best thing to drink at the time before u sleep.

5. Use boiled eggs boiled potatoes.

Always use boiled things if u eat, there should be less amount of oil in the thing u are going to eat.

6. Do not eat a meal after 7 pm.

Always eat dinner before 7 p.m, and after that, u must have a walk of at least 50minutes.

7. Do not eat rice...

Rice is the main source of fat, especially in youngsters and adults. So don't eat rice if you want to lose weight.

8. Do not eat fast food.

Do not eat fast foods like burgers, pizza, chicken rolls, etc. Because these are the very energetic and fastest thing to increase the weight.

9. Eat fruit every day. 

Eat fruit after doing exercise, it will give you the energy to manage your diet system.

10. You can eat fish, no other vegetarian thing.

You can eat fish without any fear, it will never increase your fat, even there is a quotation that fish is the treatment of all diseases.

Follow these ten tips you will see a huge change in your body in just one month.
