Simple science behind losing fat that everyone has to understand !

Not able to lose fat even after dieting and exercise ???

Nowadays everyone wants to be lean and fit but even after trying hard some of us cant reach our goals , but dont worry there is a simple science behind losing fat that everyone has to know. there are basic terms regarding fat loss which we need to understand is maintenance calorie and calorie deficit.

START COUNTING YOUR CALORIES:

Everyone body has a diffrent body shape,size and composition .  Our body takes calorie from food and consumes it for maintaning itself. therefore there is a minimum maintenance calorie count that our body needs to maintain itself. 

so basically maintenance calorie is the minimum amount of calorie that our body needs to maintain itself.

Calorie deficit

yes you simply needs to put yourself on calorie deficit for losing fat.if you start giving less calories than what your body needs then your body will start searching for an alternative which is stored Fat ,but the key here is consistency . you need to be consistent on your diet and be patient at the same time for results. 

but the thing is its not just about calories the other thing matters is from which source your calories are coming from. for example you need to give your body a balanced diet containing good ratio of all macro and micro nutrients. macros are protein,fats and carbohydrate whereas micros are vitamins and minerals. so if are going to gym but unable to lose fat all you need to do is start consuming less calories than your body is burning.

How to calculate your maintenance calorie ???

there are devices to calculate your maintenance calorie but for a rough idea you can simply find a calculator for same on google and by giving your accurate details like height,weight,body fat percentage(which you can easily calculate by using a body fat caliper)you can easily calculate.
