Mental Heath

Stress, discontentment, dissatisfaction and hatred are the key components today. Each person is in the race of acquiring wealth and mmaterialistic goods. Everyone is full of jealousy, dissatisfaction and of the desire to get moreĀ  and more. In this race, people have forgotten the fact that the wealth, worldly desires, pleasures and wealth could only be acquired, lived and enjoyed only if a person is healthy and fit.

It is necessary that a person is fresh, healthy filled with energy, enthusiasm and happy. A common perception amongst people is that health means only physical fitness. But mental health is a key component of health. If you are not mentally health, concentration, determination, devotion, dedication and ability of doing work would get reduced. A person's mental health is the indication of his emotional, social and other health factors. A person's mental health is an indicator of his relation with the society. The lack of mental health, would lead to stress, loneliness and sometimes even depression. Stress, pressure such as work pressure, academic pressure or peer pressure and desire for wants are the key causes for the disruption in a mental health of a person.

being healthy mentally could be achieved by meditating, exercise, yoga or any other activity which makes you engrossed or happy. It could be dance, art, music, walking etc. The mental health leads the person to be focused, determined, dedicated and devoted towards his responsibility. It helps a person to achieve his goals and be successful in every sphere of life. Mental health keeps a person away fron diseases, stress and keeps him elated. A person with a good mental health, an energetic mind and free fromdiseases lives a life of contentment. He has good relations, healthy social interactions and over all, self-satisfaction and self-introspection. Mental health is not a problem that cannot be overcome.
