Kartarpur border opening

All preparations and other administrative procedures have been completed by Pakistan government to open Kartarpurpur border. Around two thousand Sikh yatrees are coming through this corridor of peace to celebrate 550th anniversary of Baba Guru Nanak Dev Ji.

PM IK is arriving on November 9, to receive Ex PM of India Manmohan Singh and none other than Mr Navjot Singh Sidhu with those yatrees. There is official Holliday on November 9, in nearby cities of Kartarpurpur. Also security is very tight on Darbar Sahib Kartarpurpur.

Whole Pakistan nation warmly welcomes the Sikh community to visit their religious shrines without any Visa requirements from all over the world. Pakistani government and whole nation is expecting the piece between the two countries through this platform.

But according to some reports Indian government is so slow in taking positive steps regarding this matter. Some BJP officials qouted controversial statements regarding this matter. They are also showing the gestures of hate against Mr Navjot and other leaders in Indian Punjab. On the other hand Pakistan is ready to receive the Sikh yatrees whatever the case.

Indeed this matter shouldn't involve the political factor since this is purely religious. And every religious should be fair to other. Indian government should be fair to Sikh community according to the Constitution. There so many narrations in Pakistan about Baba Guru Dev Ji. A beautiful narration is that when Baba Guru Nanak died there happened a querrel between Sikh and Muslims of that time at this place. Sikhs were proving Baba G belong to us but Muslims were proving Baba G belong to us. After a long debate they saw there was a bed of roses instead body of Baba G.

Baba G spent his last fifteen years of his age in Kartar our. Also there other shrines belonged to Baba G for example Nankana Sahib, Punjab Sahib etc. Pakistani government has taken step to make a visit root that connects these shrine so that all yatrees can visit these shrines whenever they come for their religious celebrations.
