Karmic meditation

What is 'Karma'.

As per Hindu mythology , Karma' is a cause and effect philosophy of one's life.

What work, deed or behaviour you adopt today will have an impact on your future. Now technically that's like more scientific and logical. If you work today you would have a good future is what we all know.

It says that what ever you do in life today is going to come to in future, if you have enough time then in this life , well otherwise you will have the effect in your next life also ( Hinduism believes in multiple lives).

So can we always carry a screener for all our actions to ensure a safer future? No

No, a self reflection of mere 10 mins is good enough to do the trick. The key to this 10 minutes analysis is to start seeing things how they are. Most often than not, humans are pre occupied with the thoughts of their sub conscious mind to clearly see the present. The art of meditation is to train your sub conscious mind to act the way you want it to act, in other words control your brain.

karmic Mediatation is to tell your brain to work in a manner to get a deliberate positive impact on your life.

As I said the idea of meditation is to train your mind to see what you want it to see. Same way tell your brain to assess your 'Karma' /deeds and and bring in the positive influence in your life style. While it may sound wired that how can you change your life sytle by telling your mind, if you think in reality that is how our mind is trained.

From our childhood we were told in one language about the needs of humans and we learned and picked that language . Same way we were told a particular way the society works and we learned to behave in that fashion.

Meditation is an art where no one from outside is teaching our brain , but we ourself.

It is such a powerful tool to master the art of managing the brain.

As I said earlier , before we start to train our mind the important thing is to listen to it first, tell it to be calm and relax. It is like a doctor listen to the patient about his pain first , calm him down with relaxants for any pain and then work on its treatment.

Learn the art of listening. Listen to your heart beat, listen to your breath and finally your brain.

Like any good manager , the key is to learn to listen first. In case of meditation listen to your heart and then brain first.
