Indian Idol 11 judge Vishal Dadlani says he 'suggested that the police be called,' after Neha Kakar was forcibly kissed by a contestant

Recently, in a shocking turn of events on the singing reality TV shows Indian Idol 11, one of the judges Neha Kakkar, was kissed without her consent by a contestant who auditioned for the show. While that really irked everyone, including the viewers, it has also irked the other judge Vishal Dadlani. It happened so that during the audition round, a contestant named Milan Rajput showered gift on Dilbar singer, after which he grabbed and kissed her. Neha was clearly uncomfortable on screen, which irked Vishal Dadlani quite badly.

After the incident, several fans of the show reprimanded the deplorable act on Twitter. One user even asked Vishal Dadlani why did he not take any action against the contestant. His tweet read, "@VishalDadlani sir us launde ko chamet Marni chaiye thi(Sir you should have slapped the guy)... how dare he do such a thing... I hope he was not left off easily. To this Vishal Dadlani responded saying that he had intended to call the police. He tweeted, "I suggested that the police be called, but Neha decided to let the guy off the hook. He definitely needs psychiatric help, and we will try to help him get that if we can # IndianIdol11.

Meanwhile, the channel is receiving heavy backlash from the audience who've called this a tactic to gauge attention. "It was well-planned drama to increase TRP ratings. Otherwise, they wouldn't be handed to the police.
