How to removed Back Pain by Massage & Dua In 7 Days

Back pain is a widespread problem for men & women. Back Pain mainly creates for four reasons- 1. Hard Work 2.always in tension 3. Long time Smoking 4. Age. The mother also feels back pain because of pregnancy.

1.Hard Work:- Everyone busy in his/her daily lives. Some people feel back pain for sitting a long time on the chair in offices/ classes/buses, and some people think pain again for standing and Walking as traffic police feel back pain for a long time standing.

2. Always in Tensions:- Every people have lots of pressure for his/her career; that's why they are still in tension. Some people have family pressure to earn money. For this reason, they are always in tension.

3. Always in Smoking:- Smoking Also causes back pain. When People have lots of pressure, they are taking cigarette to remove stress, but it's damaged body backbones and also their lungs

4. Age:- Back pain also creates on age-based. Because when you age, increasing your body capacity will decrease day by day.

5.pregnancy:- Pregnancy also causes for back pain. Because when someone pregnant, she has felt an extra weight on her belly for his child; in this case, she felt lots of back pain on her backbones.

Also, essential causes- There are many causes of back pain, including blood vessels, internal organs, infections, mechanical, and autoimmune causes. Approximately 90 percent of people with back pain are diagnosed with nonspecific acute back pain, in which there is no severe underlying pathology. In roughly 10 percent of people, the cause can be identified through diagnostic imaging. Less than 2 percent are attributed to secondary factors, with metastatic cancers and severe infections, such as spinal osteomyelitis and epidural abscesses, accounting for around 1 percent.

So, Massage and Dua is a unique and natural way to removed back pain. Let's follow my instructions-

Firstly You Need to Know which Oil is Best for massage. There are many oils in our nature, but expert-recommended -Olive oil, coconut oil, Garlic oil, Almond oil, Mustard oil, Eucalyptus Oil (Nilgiri Oil).

Secondly, you Must know How to use it. Task-1:- You need to Mix up all oil (at least 4 oil), after mixing the fuel you need heating the oil. Then you cold up the heating oil. After that, you massage the oil on your pain area every day. Inshallah, your Back pain will be gone by doing these.

Task-2:-everyday " ten tulsi leaf" needs to heating with water. After heating this, you need to hold up for sometimes; then, it's used on your pain area to remove your back pain. It's work.
