How to maintain healthy diet????

We all know for keeping good health we have to maintain healthy diet which provide proper nutrition in our body.

Proper health diet protects you from many diseases such as heart disease, diabetes and cancer.

Eating different varieties of foods and eating less sugars, salts, saturated and industrially produced trans fat are essential for healthy diet.

 

For maintain healthy die you have to eat-

1. Staples like cereals such as rice, maize, rye, wheat, barley.

2. Starchy tubers or roots such as potato, yam etc.

3.Fruits and vegetables.

4. Legumes such as beans and lentils.

5. Foods from animal sources such as meat, fish, egg and milk.

 

For doing healthy diet we have to follow some facts. These are-

1. Have to eat plenty of vegetables and fruits: Because fruits and vegetables are good sources of vitamins, minerals, dietary fibres and antioxidants. So they act as a natural medicine and provide good amount of energy and nutrition in our body which may help to protect from different diseases.

2. Eat less saturated fat:

Because too much saturated fat can increase the amount of cholesterol in the blood, which increases your risk of developing heart disease.

3. Eat less sugars:

Regularly consuming foods and drinks high in sugar increases your risk of obesity and tooth decay.

4. Eat less salts:

Because eating too much salts can raise your blood pressure which increases your risk of getting heart disease or having a stroke.

 

So maintaining a proper diet everyday is very important for us.

If we maintain proper diet everyday that may help to live disease free and healthy life. Which is more important.

So eat healthy foods and stay healthy life. 

For live a proper life and enjoy the life we have to be healthy and strong. So I think talking about this topic is more important for us now a days for having a healthy life.
