Health is the basic necessity now a days, health can be said as the good condition of mind and brain free from diseases and illness. In today's world the problems of health and wellness are increasing with the increase in technology and comfort, the habit of exercise is reducing with an increament in lazyness of a person which makes a person fall ill or unhealthy, the most important reason behind the health problems are junk food or oily food. Junk food consist of the items which are easy to make or made quickly like noodles which are not good for a healthy person.

With the changing scenario and increase in technology or overuse of internet is the major factor for the dimnishing health. Increase in consumption of water around 4-6 litres a day keeps your body hydrated and cool, with the regular practise/exercise make you feel strong and active. Sleep plays a major role in the wellbeingness of a person, if a person sleeps late at night and wakes up early in the morning effects its energy and working-level low sleep make the person lazy and inactive/ slow which affects the brain as well as your physical body also. The consumption of drinking and smoking should be reduced, as the affects the lungs of the person and make the person feel tired. The consumption of fruits should be increased for a healthy lifestyle by the person himself and to his family.

With the regular routine of sleep you can maintain your body and mind, by running or jogging in the morning can make you keep active and fresh whole day which gives strength and inner urge to work or study, eating fresh and healthy food like salad and green vegies or organic vegetables keeps you fit and gives strength.

Good health is the key to success in life.
