Great Leaders

1. One thing is very clear that responsibilities do give the opportunity to create great leaders. People involved at various levels for different missions including social tasks or technology are getting such an opportunity. Their hard works in proper direction makes them involved in becoming great leaders. Their thinking and applying their beautiful minds with future visions brings best results of their efforts.

Youth, the young generation, with clear thinking new ideas and understanding the correct requirements of the prevailing situation ignite the process of creating great leaders in social and technical as well as all other fields. 

Sometimes opportunities to interact with experienced senior moderators and leaders do make the corrections in understanding the problems and challenges of nation or society. A perceptive creative leadership at functional, organizational, national or global levels are the most necessary components realizing the aspirations os mankind for peace and prosperity.

The starter of great creative leaders are envisioning, perceptive management, the courage of compassion and conviction, talents, lifetime one goal, ability, and honest management, visions os anticipation of social important focus and technology. 

All acts of righteousness would be practiced to become a great leader in each field, thoughts, and actions. Mahatma gandhi used to implement these things in his life practically so he got success and become the greatest leader. All prophets used these practices in their lives and given examples to follow for their disciples. In Africa nelson, Mandela followed the same practice and become a great leader as sacrificed  26 years of his life in prison. Hr at last brought freedom in South Africa as he followed the nonviolence practice of Gandhiji. Sir Deng Xiaoping brought the industrial revolution through his hard works in China. He brings our all Chinese population from poverty. Professor Vikram sarangi was having a clear vision and hard workings. M.s.bswaminathan is famous for the green revolution by his devoted hard works. Dr.C.Subramaniam was a great visionary personality. 

These hard works os great leaders definitely strengthen the people of the world.
