Top 8 ways to reduce belly fat.

Due to a sedentary lifestyle, everyone is experiencing Belly fat, and that is normal, but too much is harmful. Losing belly fat/abdominal fat is a common weight loss and a resolution of the year for many, which everyone takes at the end of every year. Isn't it true? The belly is also unfit for our pretty dresses. It makes us feel uncomfortable.

some of the fat is right under your skin e.g., belly fat, and others deeper inside our vital organs like the heart, lungs, liver, etc 

There are following simple habits which can be followed in our day to day life.

 

1. DRINKS LOTS OF WATER

Due to our busy schedule, we often forget to take an adequate amount of water in a day, especially in winter. So one should drink at least 2-3 liter every day or according to his body weight.

Drinking lots of water will not also help in reducing body fat of different body parts but will also help in removing toxic waste from the body. It will also help in maintaining the ph level of the skin and make ur skin glow.

 

2. DO NOT TO TAKE WATER JUST AFTER MEAL

This is the biggest mistake that most people commit because having water just after a meal disturbs the metabolism process, and food does not get digested properly.

So if one wants to drink water, he or she should just 30 minutes before and after the meal and if in between the meal if you feel thirsty then take 1-2 sip of water only.

 

3. DAILY EXERCISE

Due to hectic schedules, we tend to forget to give time to our body, yes indeed, as you give time to other people, in the same way, your body needs your time,, but it needs very less time, 15-20 minutes out of your 24 hours. So do simple exercises like touching your toe, breathing exercises, walking, or jogging will tone up not only your belly fat but also your full body fat.

Daily exercise is a must for your body, and include some yoga in your daily routine. 

 

4. DO NOT SIT FOR FOR LONG IMMEDIATELY AFTER HAVING MEAL

After having your meal walk for 10-15 minutes, it will help in your food digestion, and also you will walk for 15min, so it will burn your calories.

 

5. USE STAIRS INSTEAD OF ESCALATOR

whenever you go to an office, shopping, using the escalator and trying to walk instead of talking rickshaw for a short distance.

 

6. TAKE YOUR MEAL IN DIFFERENT PARTS

If you eat 2-3times a day, then break that meal into 4-5 meals so it will not load your stomach because eating too much at a time increases belly fat. Take a meal that is rich in protein and fiber and avoid sugar. 

 

7. EAT PLENTY OF SOLUBLE FIBER, AND AVOID ALCOHOL

soluble fiber absorbs water and forms a gel that helps slow down food as it passes through your digestive system. Easily available sources of soluble fiber are flax seeds, avocados, legumes.

Do not drink too much alcohol. Alcohol may help you in small quantity but having too much will harm your body. 

 

8. TAKE PROPER SLEEP

Many issues with the body have a direct connection with sleep. Take proper 6-8 hrs sleep for a healthy lifestyle.

To inculcate basic habits that take no time of yours, you have to change it a little bit in your lifestyle, and you will see changes in your body within a week, and you will start feeling very light.
