In india child labour is the very serious matter.According to hindu philosphy the child s considered to be form of god.Indua us better known to be the country of Dhruv,etc. Childrend having a great talent,widsom,and intelligence.Apart from this the today life of the children is very dark in India.The poor child is most negletced,most exploited and most abused.
Female child is most deprived and under priviledged of the whole class of such children. The girls are not only withdraw from school but also forced to induged in child labour.
Child labour is the violation of the human rights.It is consider to be a neccesary evil in any country in the whole world.It hamper thier natural and physical mental,moral and social development.children are doing work as domastic servants. They are employef in hotel,workshop,footpath,constraction sites,etc.They are even working in illegal works.
Article 24 the constitution of india 1950 says no child below the age of fourteen shall be employed to work in any factory,workshop,hotel,street,construction work etc.Indian legislature has also encated the factory act in 1948.The children act 1960 and the child labour act in 1986.etc. for the protection of the rights of children article 45 Of the constitution of India 1950 cast duty on the state to pendeavour to provide free and the compuslary education to the children.Article 25 of the universal decalration of human rights also states about the spcial care and assitance for the motherhood and children.
For the past few years work done by the govt. Of india and the state govt. in this issue is praiseworthy. Many new schemes and policy are intriduced for the education and betterment of the children,but this problem is still in existence in India.In coming 10 years this should be over .
