Child Labour

Children who are under 15year age, work on tea stalls, restaurants, hotels, factories, buildings, and other places. 1 in 7 children is child workers. And about 22000 kids die every year due to it. It is shameful for everyone.UNICEF estimates that India, with its large population, has the highest number of laborers in the world. The 2011 national census of India found the total number of child laborers, aged 5-14 to be at 4.35million5, and the whole child population to be 259.64 million in that are group6. Child labor is not unique in India; worldwide, about 217 million children work, many full-time.

                Child labor is the service paid by the children in their childhood in any field of work. This done by the children's own due to lack of resources for the life survival, irresponsibility of the parents, or forcefully by the owner for increasing their return on investment at low investment.

               Childhood is the significant and happiest period of life of everyone, during which one learns about the basic strategy of growth from parents, loved ones, and nature. Child labor keeps a child away from all the benefits of childhood, the happiest, and the crucial period of the life everyone. In many developing countries, child labor is widespread because of the existence of a high level of poverty and poor schooling opportunities for children. The rate of child labor is high in the agriculture field, which mostly found in rural areas.

             The main reason for child labor in poverty children works as child labor just to satisfy their hunger. And the female child is the most deprived and underprivileged of all categories of such children. Girls are not only deprived of schooling education and forced to indulge in child labor.

             We can't stop it entirely, but we can reduce it. We need to spread awareness about child labor. Because children are bright future and power of our country, thus child labor is damaging, spoiling, and destroying the future of the children and finally for the country.

Causes of Child labor: To have or increase the income of a poor family, to reduce the labor cost in a production organization.Misc. Reasons for engaging as domestic aid as the children are less doubtful about dishonesty or less liable to misbehave or be violent.

The solution of Child labor: Child labor laws need to be strictly enforced by the Government. The general public needs to be made aware of the severe consequences of child labor. An increase in employment opportunities for adults would help in overcoming the problem of poverty and child labor. The Government should ensure that every child gets the chance to go to School. The owners of factories and mines should take the pledge of not an engaging child in the place of their business.

Every family must earn their minimum income to survive and reduce child labor because healthy children are the bright future and power of any country.
