These are all things that spoil the surrounding environment, the environment in which we live.

This worsens mutual understanding, and coordination and problems are seen. One of the most significant issues in the surrounding environment nowadays is that feelings are not valued. Emotions are a model of the mind. To hurt feelings means to destroy the soul. The intention is very fragile. Mind also controls the brain.

                      Nowadays, no one's feelings are valued in the surrounding environment. Instead, impressions are made fun of. The sentiments of oneself are feelings, but the opinions of others are considered a spectacle. In the game of emotions, whose heart is broken, their body becomes a corpse. To anyone, from a joke on feelings, someone's whole life goes wrong.

                    Lack of mutual thinking is a common thing in today's world. All come from their struggles. Everyone has come to see their good and bad days. Everyone's experiences are also different. Everyone has different circumstances. Everyone has different abilities and various capacities. That's why everyone thinks according to their level. They think according to the world that they have seen.

                    Obviously, everyone's experiences are different, and the way of thinking, the idea of working, also becomes different, so do not get mutual thoughts. Some people get older by age, but they think of the older generation, childish thinking so that it is challenging to keep pace with others, who believe according to their own time. Those who have desires, when those desires are not fulfilled, then despair is born. The mind controls the body. The frustrated mind gives rise to depressing thoughts. It affects the body. Disappointment leads to confidence. Broken confidence and despair are visible on the body. That disappointment is seen in physical work and body language.

                                  There is one more thing; it is " Ego." Ego is the main reason for the destruction of anyone. The ego closes the eyes of anyone and prevents them from seeing and accepting reality, and when the eyes open, everything is over. No one likes to bend in today's world. Humility is over. Everyone has to praise themselves and consider others stupid. This is arrogance.

                        Nowadays, stories of depression, mental illness, stress, mental fatigue have increased a lot.

                       Sleeplessness is a common problem in these mental diseases. The brain keeps thinking of something waste to comfort the mind. All these mindless mentalities have a big hand behind spoiling the environment around us.

                                 To reduce depression, mental illness, stress, mental fatigue, etc. needs patience, mutual coherence, giving importance to mutual feelings, proper understanding, providing the right direction to the way of life, humility, ego-free life, good thinking.

                             " A great person has all these qualities."

                     " By taking all these qualities in life, both the mind and heart sleep happily and comfortably."
