Why is the mind sad when there is no reason?

       Sometimes when there was no reason, we would feel sad. Everything was going well in life, but even then, our minds were not happy. And then the mind is not happy, so we get irritated unknowingly. Everything was going well around us, but I didn't care about anything.

        There are only two reasons for this. That is, we are sad because we are not happy with the things that happen in life. If not, the second is that we are bored with everything, so we get depressed.

        Because every person is annoyed by doing the same thing every day, and then no matter how many good things happen in life, we are bored, so they feel wrong. When we suddenly become depressed, things that we have not got in life; He is sad because he did not get it.

        In fact, it is easy to become depressed. Because we get so caught up in the day-to-day activities that we unknowingly become depressed one day. And then that day, our minds would come to our eyes without knowing what had gone wrong or what had gone wrong in life.
        We often do things we like, try to divert our attention, or talk to someone close to us. It doesn't matter if it feels good or not. So it doesn't matter, sometimes we feel like giving up everything, sometimes we wonder what to do.

       But our mind would suddenly become depressed because our brain is tired of everything that goes on in life, and then when the same things come up again or the bad things that start in life, our mind becomes depressed. In fact, it would have been sad for a while. Because nothing happened to us, but our minds were tired, so it was happening.       

       So what to do in such a case? We didn't know who to talk to .. because, in fact, there was no reason.
 And suppose if you tell someone like that, the answer of that person would have been decided, pay a little attention to the other side .. listen to the song .. engage the mind in other things .. but after doing all this, you feel good, and it starts again.

       For this, we have to accept the things that are happening in our lives. You should be able to be happy with what you have. Even if a few negative thoughts start coming into your head, you should be able to ignore them immediately and pay attention to what will make you happy.

      And once we get back into our lives, all of these things go unnoticed. Therefore, when the mind suddenly becomes depressed without any reason, we should let go for a while without much thought so that our mind becomes calm again.

      But that doesn't mean we should always ignore it. As long as you don't do what is wrong in life .. we can't go on unless you say things you disagree with.
      And if we leave without accepting these things, we will never be happy in mind and body. We have to get our minds out of this depression.
