Is Fat loss & Weight loss are Same?

If you desire to lose weight and you must have a good diet you should be in a calorie i deficit for a long time & if you want to get in shape you should exercise cardio regularly to burn fat.The basic of weight loss is "The body will shed excess fat when it needs more calories to function through the demands you place on it in a given day than the amount of calories that you feed it. It’s that simple." Your main focus when you exercise should be losing body fat, and you can’t lose body fat just from burning just calories.

 

 

The secret to succeeding with any weight loss journey is that it maximize your metabolism rather then require you to cut the calories or carbohydrates.The basic is if you start to eat in a calories defecate your metabolism will slow down somewhat. & then Exercising helps to elevate your metabolism back to an efficient level.When we exercise, our bodies will start burning calories, but the calories that are burned are the calories are mainly from our carbs(carbohydrates) from our body & that effects that you will lose mostly “water weight” which leads to a decrease in your body metabolism.& the calories which you burned from carbohydrates that are your energy calories.Your main goal is to burn calories from your fat stores, & for that your body needs the presence of oxygen to start burning fat and the only way for you to measure the amount needed for your own body is to keep up with your target heart rate while performing any cardio exercise. 

 

 

Burning fat calories through excercise-

Exercise doesn’t have to mean spending hours at the gym or straining through exhausting workouts. In fact, in order for you to stick with it on the long run, exercising should be something that you enjoy.Burning Fat Calories during exercise.during cardio exercise, your body goes through various stages before it reaches the point where you are start burning fat.& I say this because you will continue to burn the carbohydrates of your body.& that takes place when you are not working to hard enough for your body to want more oxygen or you are working out too hard and you can’t supply your body that much oxygen which is required for fat burning.When you perform exercise at steady pace then your body utilise the fat stores as its source of energy.Once you become more active in general, you’ll find it easier and more natural to move into regular exercise & just Make sure that you are within your target heart rate range while performing the cardio exercise.

 

 

Burn Fat Calories while doing rest-

The consumption of more calories than are burned each day means that the body stores the extra calories as in fat stores. & to burn that the only way is to continue to burn fat c is through the heavy sation of weight training. Weight training is an activity that will cause you to burn more calories than cardio exercise while having rest.The calories that you are burning during weight training exercises are mostly calories from carbs(carbohydrates) but the calories you burn at rest are mostly calories from fat.Muscle cells burn calories more quickly than fat cells – 50-100 calories per kilogram of muscle a day as opposed to 5-7 per kilogram of fat.& So its reason you are burning fat at rest is because weight training increases your metabolism which uses your stored fatcells as energy.

 

 

Maintain your body micro nutrients intake-

Macronutrients refer to carbs, fats and protein. The three basic components of every diet. Your macronutrient ratio doesn't directly influence weight loss. The acceptable macronutrient distribution ranges are 45–65% of your daily calories from carbohydrates, 20–35% from fats and 10–35% from protein.

 

 

To make your body the a fat burning machine you must do cardio and weight training exercies.because strength training is the best way to increase muscle mass, and in addition to an aerobic exorcise will help burn body fat.
