What is Yoga?

First of all, we will know what is a yoga & the importance of it? 

 

Yoga: To add the body with soul & to add the soul with Divine is Called Yoga. Yoga is so important for all of us. Yoga has different types of use. There are many countries where people have become crazy about Yoga.

 

Concentration: Yoga is the best thing to improve your attention. If someone is doing Yoga daily, he will be successful in improving his consistency. & It is known to all that concentration is the best thing to be successful in your career, so if you want to improve your strength, you should start Yoga today. 

 

Patience: Patience is The other great thing you will get after doing Yoga daily. & it is known to all that Patience is more important than anything else to reach any big goal. Usually, people don't get their purpose because of lack of Patience, So we should keep in mind that we have to do it daily & to add Yoga in our daily routine. Remember, you will also have to eat good food. Because good food also is the other thing which helps you to make a sharper mind. & Please avoid eating more junk foods. 

 

Slim body: You all have to do while Yoga is you have to reflect your legs, hands & neck, or you have to reveal your shape. That's why you will surely lose your unwanted fat & you will get the effect in starting 1-2 weeks & after doing the same thing for a long time you will surely get a slim & healthy body. And Everything is possible without going to Jim. You will feel good after getting a lean mass. Remember that you will have to manage your time to do this daily at the same time. Or you can do it early in the morning. So try to wake up early. 

 

Now it's a big question that was to start Yoga, So it's time to get your answer, Let's know it: We know that this time many countries are facing lockdown situation & very few are left, So People will surely want to know that can they start doing Yoga in their house or not as nobody can go out at this situation.you will be happy to know that You can begin to Yoga at your home & it's the best place for Yoga ever, yes if you can then you're home will be the best place to start Yoga. So I will suggest you do it at your home early in the morning after getting the first bright from the sun. You can also watch some videos if you don't know the basics. One last thing is if any of you don't know about Yoga I will tell you to try to understand this as early as you can do any of you know you guru is making carries from teaching Yoga, The most famous Yog guru is in India, who's name is Baba Ramdev, This yoga guru earns crores in the month he is an inspiration for us.
