This question will really help in motivating you to start yoga; we generally know the facts that if we do yoga, our body will be flexible, our mind will be calm, etc., but if we never did yoga, we can not feel the real enjoy and benefit of doing Yoga, if you are planning to start you should know how can we start. Sharing with you few important points which will help you starting yoga.

Nowadays, starting anything becomes a straightforward task as we have many facilities that will help start yoga or anything. If we are not aware of Yoga, we should get the help of Audio or Video which will be giving instructions, and you can do along with video or audio; YouTube is the best way where you can get useful video; first, you should choose the right Yoga You Tuber who keep posting the yoga videos regularly, choose any 5 teachers, and then select the best one then start following him, this is suggested for the people who are absolutely fit if anyone is facing issues like diabetes or other diseases they should know which yoga poses can be done and which can’t be done with existing diseases. Don’t try to do yoga without skill because when you commit any mistake, somebody can take care of all the corrections.

 

1- Look for a Yoga Instructor

Your Yoga instructor should be experienced, and he or she should know about yoga, Yoga instructors aren’t required to be certified, but many are available with certificates. Ask prospective teachers if they are certified. A certified isn’t necessarily better than someone who isn’t certified. Still, it’s something to consider, so our priority is to look for good instructors, either certified or not, but they should know about yoga.

 

2- Wear Lightweight cloths

When you do yoga or any fitness activity, your body should feel comfortable, so try wearing lightweight clothes; avoid wearing tight clothes; always wear stretchable lower or knickers and lightweight t-shirts. Nowadays, you can online or wear clothes that you generally use at home in the summertime, wear whatever you have, remember you should feel comfortable while doing yoga. There is nothing specific code to start yoga.

If you are a yoga lover, never think about the venue; always remember the line something is better than nothing, doing yoga in a small room is better than not doing yoga. Generally, it is suggested that you should do yoga at natural places like any hilly area, open ground, or any place where you feel calm. Few people do not have options in selecting the place to do yoga; they do not have a or any ground around them so that they can do it only in their houses; you can use the AC also while doing yoga; there is no harm doing yoga in AC rooms if you get the option give priority to going out to do yoga if you do not have options you can do it at your home only. Never think If I will shift at such a place where I will get the place to do yoga, it means you are just giving excuses to yourself.

There is no particular age to start, yoga can be started at any age, and anyone can do either he/she is healthy or slim, fit or unfit.
