In today's era, depression has become a grave matter. Depression is a mental illness. Every person decides the journey of life by supporting his life with expectations. But a person surrounded by depression becomes hopeless; he does not see any way to move forward. Many times a person feels unhappy, constrained, worthless.

 

Although it is common for people to have these feelings, they sometimes cannot come out of them for a long time. Depression does not consider caste, religion, sex, color, rich, deficient, age. It can happen at any stage of age. Depression is a mood disorder. In this, the interest and desire of the people begin to dissipate. Symptoms of depression are more common in youth and women.
