1. Tumeric

How to use: Take half to one teaspoon of tumeric powderand mixit with four tablespoon of seaweed powder and mix well with milk or water. After applying it on the face and neck, wait for about 20 minutes. Coldwater can be used for rinsing. You can practice this technique once or twice a week to brightening your face. 

 

 

2. Coconut oil

Coconut oil is the best remedy for dry and dull skin. It helps to nourish the skin with essential fatty acids while retained moisture in the skin. 

How to use: Heat the oil slightly and apply it on your face and neck and gently massage. This technique is something that can be tried every day. Before going to bed, massage in a circular motion with oil for a while. Add a little sugar to the oil and a scrubber is ready to exfoliate the skin. Doing this twice a week can help keep your skin healthy at all times.

 

 

3. Lemon and sugar 

Sugar granules helps to exfoliate dead skin cells. Vitamin C in lemon remove blemishes on the skin. 

How to use :  Mix two teaspoons of lemon juice and two teaspoons of sugar well and apply on your face.  After waiting for 10 minutes wash off with warm water and you will notice a glow on your face. There is nothing wrong with applying it up to twice a week.

 

 

4. Papaya 

 Its enzyme are capable of acting as a moderate exfoliator. Its removes all the dirt and unwanted oil from the skin that can cause acne. 

How to use: cut a ripe papaya into small piece, add honey, sandalwood powder or multani mud and mix to make a consistent paste. Apply it on the face and neck and continue for 20 minutes. Then rinse with cold water. Doing this once a week will give the best result.
