1) Encourage people to talk about themselves-

If you want to make people immediately like you, then you have to motivate people to talk about themselves. You need to be an active listener. You have a 30:70 ratio; it means you have to speak thirty percent and listen to seventy percent. Every people like those who listen to them. Listening is an art. If you develop this skill and apply this, then you find that people love talking to you. The more listening you do, the smarter you become. The better you will be liked, and the better conversationalist you will be.

A good listener always winds up far ahead of a good talker in people's affections. This is because a good listener still allows people to hear a favorite speaker: themselves.

 

2) Give time to you to the people you like most-

Common man wastes their time only in earning money. But the ultra-successful people know the importance of people. That's why wealthy people spend money to have time with their loved ones. Because they know every people have a limited time. And all the work they have to do in this limited time. In maximum cases, people don't give their time to their loved ones. If there is any problem with your relationships, then check how much time you are giving to your contacts.

3) Tag a compliment always:-

Human beings still want to be complimented. When you compliment any person genuinely, then that person maybe not tell you anything at that time, but subconsciously that person likes you when you praise him or her. Be generous with your compliment. Look for somebody and something to give praise and then do it. Remember how you feel when someone compliments you? That kind of tribute brightens your whole day or evening.

But always remind it that praise the act, not the person because praising the action avoids embarrassment and confusion.

 

4) People like the names most-

When you call people by their names, they give you importance. Everyone loves his name. Suppose you meet a person then you come to know each other. Again after some days, when you reach that very person, you forget his name, and you call him by the wrong name then imagine what will happen. You go to that person to make friendship with him, but after calling him by the wrong name, you become his enemy. He will not give you the importance which you will be expecting from him.

Talk in terms of other personal interests. Make people feel important. Know what you want to say, say it, and sit down. Talk about what the audience is interested in. Speak with authority from the knowledge and with confidence if you do not know what exactly you want to say. Do not open your mouth. Be brief, be to the point, and sit down. Remember, none will be criticized for saying too little. If more is desired from you, it will be asked of you. By these few steps, we can master our relationship.
