No More Fat

The man who is writing this article was above 105kg (231 pounds) and managed to cut it down to 83kg ( 183 pounds). I am Abubakar Ehsan, living in Bahawalpur, a small and beautiful city of palaces. I was a fat kid who did not remember when and why he became fat. But I had a firm belief that what my past and present was would not be my future. It was the best time of my life seeing my belly and overall body fat melting and feeling my bones by touching my skin, which was a new thing to experience.

What you will do:

You just need to take Half roti (tortilla) two to three times a day with a cup of curry ('saalan' in Urdu/Hindi/Punjabi) with medium-paced running about 2km daily and 10kg weight reduced in one month. Yes, it's true. 

Drink water half an hour before exercise. Better if you have an hour gap because you can experience a very sharp pain in any of your belly side if you drink just before running. On the contrary, if you don't drink water at all before your running, you will end up having a burning mouth and throat.

What you shouldn't do:

Please stop eating sugar. By sugar, I mean every sweet thing which is not produced by nature but is manufactured by a human.
