Legally blonde 2 wasn't as good as the first legally blonde movie.

Elle with Bruise in Legally Blonde 2

I just finished watching legally blonde 2 now. Although it's a good and enjoyable movie, it wasn't as good as the first one, which I just did a review yesterday and gave my opinion on it. Just for a quick overview. Legally blonde 2 is a movie released in 2003, a sequel to legally blonde, released in 2001.

Plot

Elle Woods and Emmet Richmond have fallen in love and are about to marry. They have been sending invitations to people for their marriage, and Elle decides to invite her dog's(Bruiser) mother. Elle finds out that Bruiser's mother has been a subject to animal testing. To save Bruiser's mother, Elle decides to join the representative staff so she can ban animal testing.

This looks dumb, and the plot is just uninteresting. I didn't care much about the plot in this movie. This is completely boring. In the first movie, it was about a girl who just cared about looks and was also not a serious type, and due to that reason, her boyfriend decides to dump on her. And when she joins Harvard college to study law, she figures out that she has many potentials if she puts her mind into it. It was about people being more than their looks. The entire concept and how it was executed throughout the movie were just excellent. The new plot is just dumb shit about animals where her dog that I think most people don't even care about is the story's central character.

Music

I don't remember the music in this movie aside from a few, I guess. I mean, the music was what made me enjoy first music. The first music that pops at the beginning of the scene really got me immersed in the movie. I felt like there weren't any memorable music in this movie that kept me in the movie.

Acting

Even though I wouldn't say I liked the plot or there wasn't any memorable music in this movie. I felt like the acting were excellent. When Grace meets Elle and when you see the way she talks to Elle. You really feel that she dislikes Ellie, which would make you think like she dislikes ally. Her acting conveys how much she hates her.

Sally also did a phenomenal job as Rudd. I clearly got fooled by how she acts with Elle, and you would feel like that she is really fond of her. The way she talked to Elle feels like she is a good person and really likes Elle. It's such great acting that you would never feel like she has been plotting behind her back.

Theme

This movie portrays the reality between humans and animals and gives insight into animal cruelty that humans impose, and we should fight for animals and create laws around animal rights. We as humans can improve ourselves and reduce animal suffering. Even though we need animals for many things in our lives, we should still reconsider how we treat animals and help minimize animal suffering.
