Is water can harm you?

Drinking water is important to a lifestyle, but drinking water in the correct way and posture is essential to a healthy lifestyle. It also accumulates fluids in the joints triggering arthritis. It also affects the filtration process of water by the kidneys. Impurities in the kidney and bladder lead to urinary tract infections. One should sit and drink water slowly to reduce acid levels in the body, which is apparently high due to consumption of processed / chemicals /pesticides present in the foods."

Bad habit 1: Do not drink water before going to bed

Do not drink too much water before going to sleep, but you can take some shots before sleep. When a person is asleep, the moisture in the blood is reduced due to moisture loss in the body, and the blood viscosity becomes higher. Proper drinking before going to sleep can reduce blood viscosity, thereby reducing the risk of cerebral thrombosis.

Advice: Drink a little water before going to bed is good, don't drink too much. Otherwise, it's easy to get edema the next day!

Bad habit 2: Do not eat immediately after eating salty water

Eating too salty can cause high blood pressure. It can also lead to decreased saliva secretion and swelling of the oral mucosa. If you eat salty, the first thing to do is to drink plenty of water, preferably boiled water and lemonade; try not to drink sugary drinks and yogurt, because excessive sugar will increase the feeling of thirst. Light milk is also a good choice, of which more than 90% is water, but also contains more potassium, can promote the discharge of sodium, and taste sweeter.

Bad habit 3: Tap water to boil and drink

Drinking boiled water is a good habit, but do you know? Water does not drink as soon as it is boiled. Because our tap water is chlorinated, and chlorine is combined with residual organic substances in water, it will produce various carcinogenic compounds such as halogenated hydrocarbons and chloroform.

Suggestion: When we boil water, we may take three steps: First, take out the tap water and place it for a while before burning it. When the water is opened, open the lid. Finally, after the water is opened, wait for 3 minutes and then extinguish it. The chlorine content in the water is reduced to a safe drinking standard and is true "water boiling."

Bad habit 4: Get up in the morning and drink no water

After the body has been metabolized overnight, all the body's rubbish needs to be washed. Drinking a glass of water reduces blood viscosity and increases circulating blood volume.

Suggestion: In the morning, this glass of water is best selected from the following three types: The first is clear water, boiled water, mineral water can reduce the body's blood viscosity; the second is lemonade, citric acid can enhance the appetite in the morning; The third kind is light saltwater, which is very helpful to people with.
