How to take care of your health

As we all know ancient people used to live for more than 100 years as we also know that they don't have hospitals or proper doctor to treat or a proper lifestyle as we have now.

Ancient people were totally depent on natural, natural food, natural resources etc. But today we are dependent on man-made resources. We can't even walk for 10 minutes to buy groceries or something like that but for the ancient people walking was the only option.

Walking or running is very good for your health it is very helpful for you blood circulation and this was one the reason for ancient people to live longer.

As I mentioned there were no doctors in past so how you think ancient people used to treat their people who were having cough, cold or fever etc? 

The answer is nature. There were totally dependent on natural remedies, here the medical plants come into action. Medicinal plants such asa tulsi (basil), lemon balm, gingko, chamomile etc.

These above medicinal plants are very useful. Tulsi plant high concentration of antibiotics which helps to cure cough, cold, fever etc.

Gingko plant helps the one who have diabetes, it also takes care of your eyes health and there are many more uses of it.

Lavender plant is known best for its scent but it's medical uses are above it. Lavender reduces your stress and tension, it helps if you have a headache or migraines.

I can't explain in detail about the all the medicinal plant as many of you know about them.

So now it comes to food, as we all know we need junk food more than healthy food. We can't even spent a day without eating junk food but you know junk food is the main reason for our health problems.

Vegetables are very good for digestion and for our health as they are pure natural and fresh. But people nowadays people don't want to eat vegetables but the ancient people were totally dependent on it.

Vegetables like broccoli, green peas, garlic, carrots, ginger and there are lots of them are having very rich source of vitamins. And these vitamins treats your health very well.

Our next point comes on sleep. Sleep is very much essential for our health. 7-8 hours of sleep is must for everyone. Lack of sleep makes your next day full of laziness and it also damages our brain day by day.

Human body need sleep and our brain wants most of it. Our brain works all over the day but it needs some rest. Sleeping for 7-8 hours gives your brain rebuilt it's strength. 

Today's people don't ever take care of sleeping, they woke up all overnight and sleep in the morning it is totally wrong. 

We just woke up before the sunrise as the ancient people does. Waking up before sunrise makes your day full of happiness, one can hear the birds singing and you feel total peace.

When it comes to health good habits make you live longer. People nowadays smoke cigarettes, drink alcohol, or getting into very bad habits.

Remember this of you smoke your lungs are going to damage and if you drink your liver is going to damage. So the choice is yours chose what you should do. 

You want to live longer of getting into bad habits it your choice.
