How to get a healthy and shiny weight gain

GET SHINY WEIGHT GAIN IN A HEALTHY WAY.

Many people suffer and toil to shed their weight. But still, some people are underweight and want to put on some weight. In this fast food and junk food decade, many people think it's straightforward to gain weight, but it is not as easy as they think.

 Many people never put on weight despite how much they eat. There is a complaint of white discharge from the vagina for many women. Also, some people complain that their body is always heated outside. That is, when they touch themselves, they can feel it. People with such complaints won’t gain weight that much easier. This is for such people too.

Here are some awesome tips for them to gain weight that is to be followed every day, morning, and evening.

 

 

 1.GHEE

1.The first step is to take 4 spoons of melted ghee on an empty stomach as soon as you brush.

2.Then drink a glass of hot water

  1. Drink another glass of hot water after 10 minutes
  2. Drink another half glass of hot water after the next 5-10 minutes.

This will also cure white discharge, ulcers, digestion problems, piles, and strengthens our nervous system. It's just not about putting weight but also makes us shiny and glowing. This will make our faces beautiful.

 

 

2. DRY FRUITS 

   Soak dry fruits overnight and grind them with the same soaked water. It is not necessary to add sugar or milk; grind it as it is. 

Dry fruits to be added.

  1. Dates - 4
  2. Pista - 6
  3. Badam - 6
  4. Raisins - 10

Drink it around 7.30 am.

Then you can have your breakfast and lunch as usual.

You can have a cup of any boiled cereals and pulse-like green gram, Bengal gram, etc.

 

 

3. COCONUT MILK

   Take half from one full coconut, add 2 cardamom and some palm jaggery, grind it, and extract a small glass full of coconut milk and drink it in the evening around 5 pm.

 

 

4. BANANA

   Then Eat a banana an hour after drinking the coconut milk. You can have either a red banana or a nendran banana around 7 pm.

If possible, eat either pomegranate or guava too.

You can have your dinner as usual. Try to have your dinner before 8 pm.

Here are some additional tips you can follow. 

  1. If your diet includes more rice, you can reduce the amount of rice you take and add more veggies, pulses, wheat, and cereals.
  2. Have a good amount of water daily.
  3. Try to finish your dinner before 8 pm.
  4. Have a good amount of sleep 6-8 hours a day.
  5. Avoid drinking water in between your food.
  6. Have water 45 minutes after taking food.
  7. Try to avoid polyester dress. Wear cotton dresses as much as possible.

 

 

  1. Avoid taking food and water in plastic boxes and bottles. Avoid using plastics.
  2. Open your windows and get fresh air.

People having sinusitis, asthma, dust allergy, chronic cough can also follow this food habits except that they should avoid the intake of banana in the evening.

Following this diet, you can see the glow and weight gain in just a month. Continue it till you get your normal BMI.
