How to protect your happiness?

1. Make your look unique.

That means you have to learn to handle whatever comes before you as positively as you can. Even if they are against you, and should not care too much for them. Only to think about the solution to those problems, and react very calmly without caring about them. Similarly, don't believe that you have to answer all of the issues because some issues come and go automatically. Avoid those problems in times like that. If you do like this, no one can take off your happiness.

 

 

2. Stay away from people who always complain.

Although we are responsible for our happiness, our happiness can often be snatched away by those around us, especially those who talk about only grievances. So almost be away from them as you can. People like this may be among our relatives or even friends or even employees; avoid spending too much time with like these people without altogether avoiding them.

 

 

3. Don't always expect what others are saying about you.

Whatever you think, do it only when your mind agrees. When you do something, do not expect recognition from the people that will be appreciated by anyone. If you do so, you will be able to maintain your happiness.otherwaise you can't get your satisfaction even if you have great success,becuase some people do not like the growth of others. So don't expect anything from anyone. Otherwise, you can't protect your happiness indeed.

 

 

4. Laugh out of the mouth in happy moments.

Most of us are ashamed to laugh out loud. We deceive ourselves into thinking that it is an indecent act. But the truth is not so. The basic rule of psychology is that laughter that does not disturb others' minds is all sacred. So laugh more without shame. Some people deceive themselves by thinking that it is civilized to smile without teeth. To break down all such vain barriers and laugh out loud with your favorites.

 

 

5. Allow relationships and friends who love you to get closer to you quickly.

Make those who are close to you one of you. Give them more importance at all times. And spend more time with them. Some of us do not approach those closest to us in the name of respect. This is the biggest mistake. Thus the relationship will not be reconciled unless it breaks down and goes away. So do not put any obstacles in the way of those who are with you. If you think them one of you, you can protect your happiness.

 

 

6. Develop gratitude for what you have.

Most of our problems will go away from us only if we take care of what we have and keep going with gratitude. Only those who do not have this gratitude they lose much of their peace of mind. So every day, develop your appreciation of what you have. It will give you more happiness.

 

 

7. Develop the quality of helping others 

Many people mistakenly think that there is more happiness in gaining, but that is not the truth. becuase giving more than we receive will double our joy. This is what psychoanalysis says.

So keep giving and helping someone as much as you can, that will protect your happiness.
