What is The way To Happiness?

The happiness that every human wants. Every person seeks happiness in small things. Which so many people try for each day and yet many times it kills them. Often, they feel that happiness can be theirs if only their circumstances were different. Have you ever felt like this?

 

  So often we say "I only if" I get stuck. If only my husband was good for me. If only I had a better job. If only the children had grown up and were out of the house. The list can go on and on.

 

  We can waste our precious time only dreaming of "if". Because they think that if we had done this, it would have happened like this. And we are stuck in these thoughts. So many people fall into this trap and this is why they spend most of their lives miserable.

 

  The problem is that they are somehow seeking happiness to come to them. As if there is something that can be kept. When happiness comes, it seems that it is fleeting that it passes quickly.

 

  People mistakenly think that happiness is just like a passing fan. I am here to tell you that happiness is not a feeling, it can be a way of life. If you will follow only a few basic principles, then happiness can be yours on a daily basis.

 

  First of all, you should live in now. Because tomorrow is gone and tomorrow, we are not promised, so you need to be present now. And now only to be considered. Think about what has passed that is tomorrow. Now we should take the present.

 

  Secondly, you have to control your thinking and the thoughts that pass through your mind. When a person is very happy, then he makes such a thing that he is unable to complete. Happiness can be called a state of mind and the way of happiness is bringing your mind to its proper state.

 

  If I live in Rajasthan and I want to live in Maharashtra then I need to change the states. I need to make some changes to stay in that state. In this analogy, we will decide to take a train. The train will be going in the proper direction and we will reach our destination. We must know which train we are on, or we may end up at a place where we do not want to be.

 

  Think of this train as your thoughts. That's right, train of your thoughts. If you do not want to live in Rajasthan then you have to go by the right train. If you let any thought go into your mind you will be taken and should never arrive at the destination you want.

 

  The question is, how do we board the right train?

 

  The ticket received on the right train is called gratitude. Gratitude is an attitude and as we all see that we should be grateful instead of dwelling on what our problems are we will find that we too can get away from the situation in which we want to live.

 

  There is a way to happiness and that path is gratitude.
