HOW TO PREVENT FROM OBESITY AND OVERWEIGHT

Definition

A state of being grossly fat and overweight. 

A person is said to be obese when his weight increases too much and looks physically unfit. Obesity is a dangerous condition as it can lead to cardiovascular diseases. 

Obesity VS overweight

Obesity: 

Obesity is the condition in which body weight increases at least 5 to 10 kg from his average weight according to the person's height. 

Overweight:

Overweight is a condition when a person's weight increases either due to laziness or due to inactivity. It can be easily reverted with a little exercise. It is not dangerous, but if left it untreated, it can lead to obesity. 

Among these both conditions, obesity is severe because it can lead to cardiovascular diseases, e. g. Heart attack, angina, stroke, etc. If render both conditions untreated, both can cause problems. The overweight condition can lead to obesity, and obesity can lead to several complications. And ultimately, the death of a patient due to abnormal metabolism. 

Causes/Risk factors

Lazy lifestyle 

A lazy lifestyle like eating and sleeping is dangerous for health. If a person eats and not go for any work or walk, then the metabolism will be slow. Slow metabolism leads to fat accumulation in the body that ultimately causes overweight, and if left untreated can cause obesity. 

2.Smoking and Alcohol

Smoking and Alcohol both damages liver. Liver damage affects the body's metabolism, especially of fat metabolism. So fat starts to accumulate in the body and causes obesity. 

3.Fatty Food

Fatty Food is the primary source of obesity. It causes obesity via accumulation in the storage sites. Body cells become laden with macrophage that causes to increase weight. 

4.Overeating

Overeating slows body metabolism. So fat digestion not occurs. So it is the primary cause of obesity. 

5.Frequency of eating

Maintain a healthy diet and a fixed time of eating for yourself and follow it. Stop eating when you feel full. If you remain eating even after fullness, then a neuronal message will send your brain that causes damage to the brain's satiety center. Once the satiety center damages, the patient remains eating even after stomach fullness as he is unable to detect satiety. 

6.Psychological factors

Some psychological factors can also damage a satiety venture that can cause an imbalance between eating and stop eating. So disturbance renders the patient unable to detect stomach fullness, and he becomes obese ultimately. 

7.Diseases

Some diseases like diabetes mellitus type 2, cardiovascular diseases, liver diseases, and some stomach diseases associated with obesity. The primary mechanism of this disease is via affecting fat metabolism.

2.Healthy lifestyle

3.Fat-free diet

4. Use vegetables and fruits

5. Stop smoking and alcohol

6. Stop overeating

7.Drink a lot of water

These are standard safety measures to control obesity. Obesity should be managed as early as possible. Otherwise, it becomes dangerous, and then in later stages, only surgeries are the final solution for the prevention of obesity. 

Treatment 

The only treatment of obesity in the early stages is weight control. Maintain a regular healthy diet. And also, maintain normal blood pressure, maintain the condition of diabetes if you have. To control obesity, keep the right healthy lifestyle because it can avoid us
