How to live healthy life

Hello, Friends, we all know that time is so precious for us and we see that our surrounding is suffering from COVID-19 and in this time all the people want to be fit and healthy but many of the people have no time so they don't take care of themselves.

So here I only take some time to explain about a healthy life but you have to read this blog for proper clarity. You have to do only 3 main yoga which helps you to be fit and makes your whole body fit and relaxed and we know that COVID-19 attacks on our lungs and again the pick of coronavirus increases so you have to do this yoga to be fit and yoga will take less time and you will perform in your home easily or in any place. Let's explain one by one.

 

 

1. Breathing Exercise( anulom vilom)

This Breathing exercise is called ANULOM VILOM PRANAYAMA. This exercise is too important for us if we are doing it regularly then it helps more for our health.

In this yoga you have to sit in this pose which is shown in the picture or this pose is called PADMASAN(cross legs) and sit straight and tighten your spinal core and close your eyes, after that place your both hand in the knee with a MUDRA MUDRA and take a long breath and then release it.

Now take one hand in the nose and put your thumb on the first nose hole and with another hole take a long breath and then put another finger on you another nose and exhale the air do it continuously with one and then with another hand also and then you realize that it feels your lighter and relaxed you have to only 5-10 minutes daily and you will feel the change in your life definitely.

  • Reduce stress from your body 
  • Make you feel lighter
  • Helps in anxiety
  • Helps to remove the headache
  • Make concentration power
  • Remove asthma
  • Remove all allergies

Do this yoga daily and feel the changes but you have to take care if you have a cold then do not do this exercise because in the cold situation all functions not well working because of cold.

So if you feel ok then you can do daily basis then you will see the results.

 

 

2. Breath of Fire (KAPALBHARTI)

This yoga is called Breath of Fire or KAPALBHATI and this is also very useful for your whole body. In this yoga, you have to sit straight in PADMASAN which shows in this picture, and then take any MUDRA and close your eyes and inhale and exhale continuously and rapidly which is shown in the below figure...

You can see that in this picture inhale and exhale rapidly and as can you do continuously and then take some rest and do it again. you have done 5-10 minutes daily and you will feel different and energetic and lighter.

This exercise helps in any part of your body and particularly in your stomach and your lungs and you know that in this time all the lungs exercise is very useful for us due to COVID-19 so if you do this exercise daily then you feel better and confident also. Now let me tell you all benefits one by one...

Benifits of KAPALBHARTI:-

  • It helps in blood circulation throughout the Body
  • Helps indigestions
  • It helps in reducing  weight
  • Helps in diabetes
  • Helps in concentration power
  • Helps to reduce allergies

Do this yoga daily and you will feel the changes in your life. Do it almost 5-10 minutes daily basis then you will see the result.

But if you have a cold then avoid this exercise because in a cold situation the yoga is not working well and it is also not performed by you well and for the pregnant ladies it is not also good for them so pregnant ladies do not do this exercise. So if you feel good then do it daily and keep happy and fit in your life.

 

 

3. Humming Bee Breath (BHRAMARI PRANAYAMA)

This yoga is called Humming Bee Breath or BHRAMARI PRANAYAMA. This yoga is best for concentration and this respiratory system by this yoga you feel that you have some eternal power.

You have to do that sit straight in PADMASAN and put your both hand on your eyes and the thumb is used to cover your ear gap and then take a long deep breath and close your mouth and pronounce the  OM ( oooooouuuuuuuummmmmmm) In your closed mouth and repeat it 10-15 times then put your hand out and rub it and when you feel your palm has heated then put it on your face then slowly open your eyes and do whatever you want to do after doing this you feel concentrated and energetic whole day. Now let me tells you all benefits one by one...

Benifits of BHRAMRI PRANAYAMA:-

  • Increase concentration power
  • Improve memory
  • Remove anxiety
  • Remove tiredness
  • Remove tension and anger
  • Helps in Migraines problem
  • Helps in reducing blood pressure
  • Helps to reduce allergies

Do this yoga daily basis and you will see the changes in your life and all the yoga make your lungs stronger and help in the maximum problem which occurs in your body but you have to take care of yourselves also for the proper benefit. You can also do this yoga in cold and it doesn't affect your health and feel better after doing this.
