So the Interview is the way path to acquire a job, and now a day's what such a good job is that much competition and that much tough Interview happens too. So what all attires you need to compete in the Interview are matter first, getting the job is secondary. First of all your qualification and if your academic skill is good enough it also very helpful, your IQ, GK, your knowledge about job or work or talent for it, if you are a fresher, attitude, way of talking, behavioral aspects and creating an impression matters in most scenario. But how should you appear or how you should look for the Interview to a great thing, because before you judged with qualification, knowledge, skills, or in work experiences, you are judged with your outlook or appearance. And what and how you're replying to the questions that you face in an interview.

So what to do? It is a need for proper preparation for the Interview. Let's discuss who your appearance should be. It is nothing simply called GROOMING STANDARD now a day's. It is the first criterion to do or practice for an interview as well on the job too. Then how can you groom yourself and what all things are to be taken care of to GROOM yourself for an interview??

Let's discuss the points which should be taken care of.

1. Hair:

It should be neatly combed, and if you get a well-trimmed haircut that will be good enough, it should be well shampooed, avoid oily hair and long hair, or stylish hair cut for men.

Women usually keep long hair, for that they should nut their hair and suggested to use a hairnet on the nut, and hairstyling should be avoided, if anyone keeps short hair and has a habit of hair cutting can get a professional haircut look and prevent any vibe hair coloring but can clip your short hair in a simple manner.

2. Face:

Our face values a lot for us, and it really means to our personality. No one wants to let it go down. Instead, it cares in extra to uplift face value. So does not it required to care for the facial appearance for the Interview? Of course, needed.

A man with a clean shave brought an excellent face value and suggested doing a neat & clean shave for an interview, except for religious reasons. The mustache should be trimmed and kept in a well and simple manner.

Women can do a mild makeup without mascara will bring the perfect look for their face but avoid any vibe makeup colors (Skin tone is preferred and use the natural makeup colors like liter red or pink color lipstick, black eyeliner are suggested but avoid lip liner for Interview).

3. Hand:

Men should remove the gloves when entering to interview cabin or reaches at the venue if used for driving, wash your hand and dry it if you feel it is sweaty. Remove all finger studs if wearing for style purpose and rings too. Mildly one ring can be, and it should in your ring finger. A neat cut of nails is suggested.

Women mostly keep long nails, but it should not be a high fashioned nail style if long nails, clean it, and a smooth nail enamel can be polished but avoid any stylish or fashionable nail painting. If not keeping long nails, it's far impressive on their cash. Avoid or postpone if you are willing to myrtle, on interview day and clean the older myrtle spots if earlier you have done.

4. Dress Code:

Dress code is the most vital attire to give you a well professional look, and it matters very highly in GROOMING STANDARD. In most interview fistfuls of cash, there are instructions about what should wear with what color, for both men and women in the Interview advertise or at the time of fixing the schedule for Interview. Do follow that and wear accordingly for a better impression.

If not, then there is some guideline for dress up both men and women. Complete dress attire is Shirt, trouser, tie, belt, shoes, and a business suit or formal blazer is an added advantage. Avoid casual dresses.

Men can wear formal full sleeve shirt of pastel or light color with a dark color formal trouser and a contrasting color tie (avoid sleeves folding and button up your shirt sleeves cups). Shoes should be a dark formal shoe and with socks which should match to your trouser color (Black shoes are suggested for an interview and avoid without lace shoes). Your Shirt should be well tucked in with a straight gig line (Make sure your dress is well cleaned and well pressed). Shoelaces should be tied neatly. Your tie knot should be a professional knot (Four-in-Hand knot, Half-Windsor knot, Windsor knot or the Pratt knot are mostly preferred for Interview) and all over it if you are wearing a formal blazer can bring an enthusiasm for the Interview and if you have a business suit, then go with it by matching Shirt and tie, belt, shoes (if wearing a business suit, keep in mind, your belt and shoe color are in same) and a professional handbag (bag color to match with an outfit or formal blazer color or prefer a black or dark tan color) to carry your all testimonials for Interview.

When women look for what should be worn for an interview, the options are a list full. There is always a wide range of wardrobes for women for each particular occasion. So, what all are the preferable dress attires, and what can all be an easy-going option for a woman to minimize her time in her busy schedule to prepare for an interview??

A Button-Down shirt of white, off white, blue, pink colors, or the original version with a modest neckline combined with formal trousers is the preferable option for women outfit to attend an interview. Or else think of men's attire and wear a complete ladies' formal outfit. Can go with a mix and match suit, Blouse & Skirt (Neck options for blouse and length of the skirt should be moderate and stocking with color matching) a regular color cardigan can bring this outfit more professional (Pencil or A-line skirt), a statement dress of muted colors can impact on (choose an appropriate neckline, hemline, dress length and sleeves which can go for Interview), an A-line knee-length dress with stocking is also preferable, a white bow neck shirt with cup sleeves with straight-line skirt and blazer, a full-length double-breasted overcoat with pencil fit trouser always gives a weightage to women personality for Interview.

Finally, women outfits are very experimental and broader, as I said earlier, so I chose something which can represent your skill, experience, qualification, and profession with sober. And women always carry handbags to go out, so match or contrast your bag color with the outfit.

And jewelry is a thing which has an excellent séance for women in the South Asia continent. Go with lightweight and moderate pieces of jewelry, an ear top instead of rings or heavy wear look great, not more than one single line finger ring in your fingers, a unique line necklace and anklet (hide anklets if wearing stockings or socks) can be or if you are avoiding these in total for the day, is a far better personality for Interview.

A mild body spray or perfume could be used to prevent your body order, both men and women. Don't forget a good bath and mouthwash before dress up yourself, where most people are not habituating it regularly. Take a final review of all your testimonials, what to carry for, and an eye view on your CV or Resume critical points.

Good Luck with your Interview.
