8 benifits of lemon water

A FACTOR IN FAT LOSS-

Everybody wants to stay fit and healthy, but not everyone can do exercise as required due to the busy schedule.

It's not true that only lemon water can reduce all the fat. It is just a catalyst in the process.

Warm lemon water intake on an empty stomach increases the metabolism so that a little amount of work can show more extensive results.

Our bodies have different working speeds, so it varies in everybody, but it shows results.

HELPS INDIGESTION-

Some people drink lemon water as a daily morning laxative to help prevent constipation. Drinking warm or hot lemon water when you wake up may help get your digestive system moving.

Ayurvedic medicine says the sour lemon taste helps stimulate your "Agni." In ayurvedic medicine, a strong agni jump-starts the digestive system, allowing you to digest food more efficiently and prevent toxins' buildup.

IMPROVES SKIN QUALITY

Lemon water may help reduce skin wrinkling, dry skin from aging, and damage from the sun. How water improves skin is controversial, but one thing is sure. If your skin loses moisture, it becomes dry and prone to wrinkles. A 2016 laboratory study showed that a citrus-based drink helped prevent the development of wrinkles in hairless mice.

IT INCREASES THE IMMUNITY

Citrus fruits like lemons are high in vitamin C, a primary antioxidant that helps protect cells from damaging free radicals. You've probably heard that vitamin C may help prevent or limit the duration of the common cold in some people, but studies are conflicting.

Vitamin C may reduce your risk of cardiovascular disease and stroke and lower blood pressure.

HELPS IN HYDRATION

According to the Food and Nutrition Board, general guidelines say that women should get at least 91 ounces per day, and men should get at least 125 ounces. This includes water from food and drinks.

Water is the best beverage for hydration, but some people don't like its taste on its own. Adding lemon enhances water's flavor, which may help you drink more.

CLEAN THE BODY

Drinking lemon water regularly decreases acidity in your body and removes uric acid from joints. It enhances enzyme function, stimulates your liver, and activates bile flow, helping emulsify and flush out fat-soluble toxins.

GOOD FOR TEETH-

A potential drawback is that the citric acid in lemon juice could erode the enamel on your teeth. To prevent damage, make sure the water is lukewarm, not steaming hot. You can also drink through a straw, so it bypasses your teeth and rinse your mouth with water immediately after drinking. Wait 60 minutes after drinking to brush your teeth.

TREATMENT OF KIDNEY STONE-

Some studies suggest that drinking lemon water may help treat kidney stones. It appears to be most effective alongside conventional therapy, but it may also be an excellent alternative treatment.

Lemon water contains high amounts of citrate. According to a 2015 review, numerous studies have found that citrus fruits, including lemon, can increase urine levels of citrate, which may help treat kidney stones.

A lack of water in the body is a common cause of kidney stones. Drinking more water can help prevent kidney stones, regardless of whether or not there is lemon in it.
