Getting up early has many benefits. Have you ever noticed the amount of freshness and energy level when you get up before compared to when you get up late? For this apparent reason, it is suggested by our elders. Not only this, but it also increases our productivity throughout the day.

 

 

2.Do Exercise or Go For a Walk

Doing exercise is essential for a healthy life. It helps in reducing stress. By doing meditation, you can increase your focus, with which you can concentrate on your work properly. You can go for a walk in the morning or the evening. Moreover, it also tones your body if you're facing obesity, makes your bones strong, makes you energetic (you feel energetic throughout the day). Certain yogasanas cause the immune system to more substantial. Not only these but there are countless benefits of exercise.

You can do any exercise, whether yoga, dancing or swimming, which are also considered good fat burning exercises.

 

 

3. Read daily 

Reading is an excellent practice to improve your knowledge, pronunciation of words and enhance your skill.

You can opt for offline reading, which includes books, newspapers, magazines, novels, or online reading from blogs available. Reading helps us know about the world, like the history, culture, origin, languages of the countries and many more. With the help of newspapers, we get to know about what is happening around the world. In this challenging pandemic (COVID-19), numbers and numbers of people lose their lives; vaccines are coming. From where are we getting this information? It's a newspaper. You can read books also for more significant results.

 

 

4.Eat less, Drink more

We are Indians, right! We will eat how much we want to! Doesn't matter if eating more at a time is wrong. With this belief, many of us are compromising our health.

Eating a meal is essential for our body to work, but not overeating. Instead, we should drink more. It can be water, fruit, or vegetable juice. Have you seen people feeling sleepy just after taking lunch? This is because of overeating. We often eat more at lunchtime and dinner and then feel lazy. This reduces our productivity level and focuses to a great extent. Overeating also leads to many diseases (obesity is well known of all). Therefore, one should avoid this and start drinking more.

 

 

5.Take a Good Sleep

Taking a good amount of sleep matters the most for doing any chore. Nowadays, everybody is busy all day with their phones, laptops, and i-pads. Even kids have their phones on today's date. They spend more time on mobile screens than their books. Sleep deprivation has been shared among youngsters.

Phone screens emit blue light, which is very hazardous to our health. Spending more time going digital increases the lack of sleep, leading to stress and decreased performance.

Try taking atleast 7-8 hours of sleep a day. This will maintain your energy level and productivity throughout the whole day.
