These Days Yogic sciences have been a matter of great interest in the west, and have already started raising questions? That weather our age-old practice seriously is of any help in eradicating the silent Killer. 

 

 

People fail to understand is the science behind Yoga. Yoga works by curing the source of the disease and not by relieving the symptoms of the disease as in the case of Modern Medicines

Poor circulation to the legs and feet

Slow wound-healing and the potential for amputation in rare cases.

# 4 Sirsasana

Sirsasana is an extraordinary form of Yoga compared to other asanas that we read. This Yoga has an exceptional capability to cure both type 1 and type 2 diabetes. This Yoga can not only heal and control diabetes but can also cure other hormonal related issues in the Body.

The headstand posture makes the oxygenated blood flow upstream towards the head area. It activates the Pituitary organ, which is also known as the master endocrine that controls and is responsible for all hormonal changes in the body.
