 Consuming ghee gives us many benefits. By regularly consuming ghee, all the diseases of our body start to disappear and our body starts to become strong.

  1.  With regular intake of ghee, our eyesight begins to increase. Mix one teaspoon pure ghee, one teaspoon ground sugar, quarter teaspoon ground black pepper mixed with all three on an empty stomach in the morning and lick it at night while drinking warm sweet milk.

  •  If you want to make your body strong and nutritious, then you should also consume it daily. Mix ghee, peeled black gram and peeled sugar (boora) with equal quantity of ghee, peel and tie the ladoos. In the morning, on a empty stomach, chewing a ladoo while eating it, sipping a glass of sweet lukewarm milk and drinking it provides relief in the leucorrhoea of ​​women, making the body fat fresh, shapely and strong.
