Why life is like an exam? How to deal with it?

1. Make your mind calm down. 

The mind is the best thing in the body; without this, you are nothing; that is why our mind should be as a clam as possible.

Put your efforts to make a more peaceful mind. It heals your body and soul. Take care of your mind and body is very important.

Without your relaxed mind-body, it doesn't work well. That is the reason our mind must be peaceful all the time, whatever happens. You control this mind; the mind doesn't control you.

2. Accept spiritual life.

Spirituality works well in your daily life. Accepting this kind of thing helps you know more about yourself.

Because meditation, prayers, going that shrine places make you a more effective one. It treats your body to soul. 

You should go to a peaceful place and do some meditation. Spend some time; it helps you find yourself.

3. Spend some time with nature.

Spend some time with nature. It may magic for your life. Do some planting, give some water to the plants, clean that area and pruning as well as a great impact on your health.

I personally feel this. I am very attached to it. I genuinely believe in nature, and my advice to you guys, please spend a little more time to this lovely space, see the greenery every day, listen to the birds chirping, watching the sunset. These are great and effective things doing in life. 

4. Do some cardio and exercise.

You are doing cardio really help. It makes your heart stronger. People sometimes become very lazy; they don't have the time to taking care of the body. You should do those activities which are really good for your health. These kinds of activities cheer your mind, and you do everything very fast and fabulously.

Cycling, jumping, running, climbing. These are good activities. It keeps your blood pressure under control.

Exercise, definitely, every person knows about this, but some may follow. There are lots of people who they don't follow but say, will follow. This kind of thinking really annoying because people are making their life more painful and worse by own.

5. Be a cheerful person. 

A cheerful person is never scared of what will happen next. They always face up the real situation; they have no fear of losing someone. They do what they have to do. So they never panicked at all, keep going where to have to go.

Definitely focusing your dream rather than the thinking makes you happier because you don't have the time for the rubbish think which troubles you so much.

Life is just not about the little bit thing. It has so much to do. Making your mind and body stronger will be beneficial for you.

Stress just makes you more prone to disease. Stay away from the things which really hurt you the most. It is all about your life; make sure your life should be full of positive thinking. 

Don't let the interfere that disturbing thing. Discard them immediately. Those do nothing, only hurting you degrading you. Hold on every moment which is going. Omit all feeling what make you sad. Be happy; life will be happy. ☺?
