Another method to get relief instantly is writing, taking a paper, writing down whatever surrounds you in mind, and writing about the problems making you feel stressed. People hug their best friends, family members, or their loved ones for feeling a deep emotional attachment. This makes them share their thoughts and let them find the solutions. Mooch around and going for outside favorite food is found very helpful to feel happy. Millions of people spend their time smooching and eating outside whenever they feel disturbed or sad.
