Quickly, the children are told that only girls have a license to cry, which is a sign of weakness, especially if you are a boy. So, a child grows up thinking that crying is a bad habit, especially in front of someone, so he resists crying alone, where no one can see him.

This only makes the boy feel that he is hidden inside him. Another example of hiding emotions is that nowadays, you are being told that no one cares about your feelings, and sharing it with someone will only leak your feelings to those you don't want. Huh.

This has made people distrustful of all those around them and is merely burying their feelings within them. If you have ever gone to a psychologist, you know that this is wrong on so many levels.

Man is a social animal, and when we put ourselves in prison in a room where we do not share our feelings, something slowly eats into us. The more we live within this wall, the more reluctant we get out of it. Over some time, we are void of any long-lasting feelings.

It also means that we do not live long and we live our lives like a robot. This is not the desirable life we want to live, but I'm sure most of you still won't be convinced because sharing the emotion is mute relaxing, so here are some more examples of why it's important to share your feelings is -

1 Your feelings are essential: -

Many times, you start questioning your feelings. For example, I am upset that I got a 'B' in an exam, or I am sad that my mother passed away. But soon, you wonder why to be upset, at least I passed, he was old enough to die. It's not practical, but downright dumb, both of those things will impact your life, and you need feelings to make something of yourself, not chill. This is why emotions are important.

 2. Talking about your feelings makes you accept them: -

The first step to change is to identify the problem. Many times, we do not accept our feelings and move on. But it does not solve anything but delays it later. You realize a big mistake, and all your emotions are revealed, which makes the problem worse. Therefore, please talk about your feelings to accept the situation and work on it.

 3. Talking about your feelings can give you relief: -

Once you hold those feelings inside you, they keep building over time. When even a small disappointment indicates those feelings, you feel terrible, your whole mind thinks about those feelings. In a way, your mind is determined by those feelings. You become emotional and so self-consumed that everything you do or say indicates those feelings. The only way to feel better is by letting those feelings out to someone who understands, and you will feel better.

4. Sharing helps you: -

We know that there are many risks in opening old wounds in front of someone. But most of the time, you will only receive support and care from them. That care and support cannot be defined in words, but it changes how we see the world. You will feel much lighter and less anxious. Soon, you will realize that the world is not cruel, and there is hope for you.

5. You can control them better: -

We don't like it when someone else controls our lives, so why should we give control to our emotions. Sooner or later, as already mentioned, emotions control how you think and act. But if you talk about your feelings, then that control is in your hands.

Now you can think and work as if you feel right without holding on to your past. All these reasons point to the fact that you can enjoy your life only by taking out your feelings, which is hope for everyone.

But it would help if you were careful with whom you share your feelings. Suppose they can understand you and will not disclose to anyone. It may be time, but it is worth it to open someone up.
