   DAY FIRST WITHOUT SLEEPING

Because one of your brain systems known as the Mesolimbic System becomes active after 24 hours of sleep and a large amount of chemical is starts coming out of your brain which is known as Dopamine. to overcome your lack of sleep. this chemical is released on an excess amount.

 

You may not believe your motivational power in this state too high and you feel happy without any reason.

 

 

 

  DAY SECOND WITHOUT SLEEPING

The next day, your condition will start to deteriorate again, and now is the time when your behavior will start getting weird, and people around you they will feel like you have a drink.

 

After 2 days, without sleeping, you will start making decisions without thinking about anything, decision-making part of the brain which is called the Frontal Lobe it actually closes and your logical ability starts decreasing.

 

 

The strength of your body will be reduced to a great extent, now your Immune System will also be losing its power to work against disease-causing organisms, due to which you get infected by viruses, bacteria, etc.

 

 

You will also have problems with Stammering(Intermittent Talk). your brain will take a larger time than normal to think and your concentration and focusing power will be reduced to 90 percent.

 

 

 

  DAY THIRD WITHOUT SLEEPING

  DAY SIX WITHOUT SLEEPING 

Without sleeping for 6 days, you will not be able to store your memory information and you will not be able to create a new memory, and six days without sleeping, a poison starts coming out of your brain which is known as beta-amyloid plaque.

 

when you sleep at night daily your brain clears this toxic chemical but for six days without sleeping, it gets stored in the brain in alarming amounts.

 

 

 

  DAY SEVEN WITHOUT SLEEPING

Without sleeping 7 days you will become a live zombie, who can not speak, cannot think, can not remember anything.

So the question is how long you will be able to stay alive without sleeping?

 

Research shows that the official record so far is 264 hours i.e. around 11 days so the conclusion is that if you spend more than 11 days without sleeping you will die.
