Why Sugar Level Decrease?

Sudden mood changes i.e. changing mood, can also be a sign of low sugar level in the body. If you feel that your behavior has suddenly changed or you are feeling restless, it may be a sign of glucose deficiency.

Darkness in Front of Eyes

This is the first and common sign of glucose deficiency in the body. Many times when you are hungry for a long time, and the glucose level in the body is very low, you may notice signs of dizziness or dark eyes before the eyes. Apart from sugar, there are many sources of sugar, which are eaten daily. Sugar is hidden in bakery products, drinks, processed foods.

Treatment

If there is a mild case of low blood sugar, any sweet item should be eaten immediately. According to the American Diabetes Association, if your blood sugar level is below 70 mg / dL and you are conscious, then 15-20 grams of glucose is the right treatment. You can consume carbohydrates in any form; it should contain glucose (such as candy, sweets, or fruit juice). Always carry some of these things in your bag. After 15 minutes, recheck your blood sugar level. If blood sugar levels are still decreasing, eat some sweet cheese again.

When your sugar level returns to normal, you should eat breakfast or plenty of food to prevent hypoglycemia from recurring. If blood sugar levels drop too low, problems such as seizures or fainting may occur. In such a situation, you cannot eat sugar on your own. In such a situation, another may be needed for recovery. In case of severe hypoglycemia (less than 54 mg / dL), inject glucagon with the help of a family member or an acquaintance. If there is no improvement in the condition, the patient may have to go to the hospital immediately. In such a situation, the doctor examines you and finds that you have undergone repeated attacks of hypoglycemia or that it has happened due to a lack of information related to it.
