What are the Benefits of exercise?

Exercise is an activity done to keep your body energetic and prevent your body from various diseases. we need exercise to keep our body fit and functional and focused on work. we can get various benefits while doing exercises such as weight loss, physically healthy, and control from various diseases. some important benefits are;

1. Enlargement your energy power

Getting up early in the morning to doing exercise actives your body and makes your body fully energetic like working all day without laziness. it's true, I am also a student and my day starts from doing exercise after that college, practical classes and tuition and so on. full day with works and studies but morning exercise keeps me active on the whole day. Regular exercise can improve your metabolism. so, regular exercise is best for health.

2. Weight reduce

Very important role play by regular exercise to improve your weight reduction. Almost 95% people can only reduce their weight by doing exercise. to maintain your body and makes your muscles and weight loss, regular exercise is important.

3. Maintain distance from smoking

It is a truth, my friend was addicted to smoking, and one day he joins on the gym, slowly he makes the distance from smoking. you think smoking provides satisfaction but ''smoking only harms not provide satisfaction''. According to society, most of people minimize smoking habits due to their exercising habits.

4. Strength your bone and muscles

Regular exercise can improve your bones and muscles also it can improve your health condition and to fight with several diseases. Build strong bone for kids and young people as well as improve digestion system and relief from health problems for adults and senior citizens also get benefits from doing regular exercise.

5. Chances of living longer

This is also a truth, that regular exercise or working people can live longer than those people who sleep all the time. My grandmother is 89 years old and she is still agile. so, regular exercise is very important.

6. Improve your health

Exercise can improve your health like brain functions, protection of memory, and thinking skills. exercise makes your body and minds active which can help you to focus on your work. 

7. Relaxation

Regular exercise can help you relax and better sleep.you can do exercise on the morning and you can complete the whole day works and at night when you go to bed, lying down the bed for almost a few minutes and you completely asleep.

8. Makes you happier

Exercise makes your body active, which can helps you to improve your mood and when your mood is improved directly you can feel happy.

Personal opinion

Actually, I am following all the exercise tips and I see all the fitness videos which can help me to motivate. I am a big fan of AKSHAY KUMAR and he is my idol. I love his films but I mostly liked his fitness and his fitness routine. I also follow his fitness rules as much as possible. His time table diet and his fitness mantra I will try to follow.

so, walking, running, yoga, playing games, gym, etc are some exercises you can do for your daily routine which can help to improve your life with a healthy and happy family.
