Many of us follow an actor based on his acting skills, or action sequence, or maybe good onscreen presence. We just blindly see ourselves inside the actor on a big screen playing some character. 1.) Akshay Kumar:

No doubt, Akshay Kumar because of his award-winning performances and superstar aura, he is the fittest "Khiladi" of the Bollywood. But before choosing acting as his career, he worked as a waiter and dishwasher in a restaurant in Bangkok. Even after becoming a full-time chef, he used to earn only 1500 INR at that time and even used to sleep on the floor.

After this, when he returned to India after completing his martial arts training, he got fascinated by the Glamour Industry just because of higher pays here. 

Today, Akshay Kumar has reached those ultimate heights, where he just gives constant hits, and his fans look him in a new "Avatar" every time.

 

2.) Manoj Bajpayee:

A young boy with a farmer's family background used to had a hidden interest in the film industry since his childhood. After watching Amitabh Bacchan's "Zanzeer," he decided to become an actor and choose acting as his career. When he applied first, at the National School of Drama, Delhi, he was rejected.

But, he didn't give up and started acting actively in an independent theatre. Still, after getting better at acting, he got rejected for two consecutive years by the National School of Drama. This was the worst phase he was going through in which suicidal thoughts also came across his mind.

4.) Johnny Lever:

You may have seen a good number of comedians, but it is not wrong to say that Johnny Lever's comic timing has a unique identity. And behind this successful comedian, there exists a beautiful inspirational story. Born in the slums of Dharavi, Mumbai, the real name of Johhny Lever is John Rao. Because of the family background, he quit studies after 7th std, and then he used to sell pens on the roads in Mumbai to look after his family.

To sell his pens and attract customers, he used to mimic famous actors in his unique style. After some time, he got a job offer in Hindustan Lever ltd, where also he used to do comedy among the co-workers. While performing mimicry of his senior officials in an event, he got his famous name "Johnny Lever" for the first time. He was called in by several comedy events back to back, to perform mimicry.

 

Finally, one day Sunil Dutt spotted him while performing a comedy event, and he offered Johnny his first big break in movies. And from that time since, Johnny Lever is making us laugh, and there is nothing wrong in saying he is one of the Bollywood's living legendary artists.

 

5.) Shahrukh Khan:

Shahrukh khan, currently one of the biggest stars of Bollywood, but the start of his inspiring story was very humble. Belonged to a middle-class family from Delhi, he came to Mumbai, chasing his dreams of being an actor with just INR 1500 in his pockets.

He used to spend his nights at the railway stations when he didn't get the work. But slowly, he started working in the television industry as a lead artist in serials "Dil Dariya" and "Fauji." Finally, his tremendous skills helped him reach his way to movies, and today he is among the World Richest Actor's list.

6.) Rajnikant:

Before becoming a superstar, he spent his early days in poverty. His mother passed away when he was just five years old. After passing his high school, he worked as a coolie at railway stations and also worked as a laborer. Finally, some struggle got him a job of the bus conductor, where he used to sell his tickets by singing and whistle in a unique way. This remarked the birth of an artist inside him. His fellow conductors motivated him to join the acting classes and arranged money for him.

7.) Nawazuddin Siddiqui:

Nawazuddin hails from a family of farmers. Before getting successful in his acting career, he used to work as a chemist and a watchman. He started his acting classes from the National School of Drama, after which he got a short role in the movies "Sarfarosh" and "Munnabhai MBBS." He still had to travel a long road to success even after getting this small role. But, as they say, he was not the man to lose hope easily.
