The fantastic point about the Hulk is that unlike approximately every other superhero ever created, the Hulk's power has unquestionably no uppermost limit. He can uplift a commercial airplane – which weighs around 100 tons – when he is at his most relaxed; that's no problem for him. There occur numerous theories upon how you could destroy him, such as shredding out his heart or beheading, or he could be killed by another super-being similar in several of the comics.
