3. Eat a good diet: Eat a diet rich in enough protein, vitamins, and minerals. Eat whole-grain bread, dairy products (milk, cheese, butter, etc.), and poultry products such as eggs and chickens. Please include them in your diet of fish and meat. Avoid excess sugars. Eat leafy green vegetables and whole fruits. 

4. Meditation: Meditation is also a better solution. By applying meditation, stress also works, and the brain also grinds like it keeps your body healthy by exercising; in the same way, meditation is the exercise of our brain. Get out the wrong way; they start getting right too
