       Hair fall the most common issue that is faced by everyone though they are young or old. Everyone wants their hair to be healthy and grow well. But nowadays its becoming tough due to hectic schedule, improper diet, pollution and many other reasons. So to maintain our hair health we use chemical products thinking that they will help resolve our problems but after using those chemical products our problems increases.

    So today i will recommend you certain natural and homemade remedies to prevent hair fall and make them healthy without any side effect.

 

 

1.   Drinking water

                       
 
     Yes drinking water, as we all know our body is made up of 71 % of water so water plays a vital role in maintaining overall health of our body. Drinking water can help in hair growth and even stop hair fall. Water helps in stimulating hair growth and also prevents our hair from dandruff. Drinking 2 liters of water a day can stop hair thinning and prevent from baldness.  Water keeps our hair hydrated and helps them work they should work.
     
 
               

2.  Healthy diet 

                                   
 
      A healthy diet is very important for a healthy hair. Diet plays an important role in making our hair strong, preventing them from dandruff and has many more good effects on our hair. Our diet should include vitamin A, B, C, Zinc, Iron,  Protein and many other minerals.        Exercise is very important for healthy hairs. Exercise increase blood circulation in the body which means more nutrients and oxygen is reaching the scalp which makes hair healthy and strong. Performing 30 minutes of exercise can help nourish hair follicles. We should include neck exercise, jogging, scalp exercise, breathing exercise in our daily routine.         Onion juice is the best homemade remedy for preventing hair fall and making hairs healthy. Onion is rich in keratin and sulfur which is very important for growing strong hairs. Applying onion juice on scalp provide sulfur which helps strong and thick hair from hair loss and promoting hair growth. We should apply onion juice 3 times in a week and leave it for 30 minutes and then wash it with mild shampoo. Onion helps increase blood circulation and provide oxygen.

               As we know how trees require water to grow its same with our hairs, our hairs also requires oil to grow. Applying hair oil not only hydrates you hair follicles but also strengthens them by providing necessary nutrients and minerals for the scalp.
