 1. Listen to your body: -
 This is the most important thing that you should keep in mind when you start exercising. You should not let your curiosity or your excitement take over you.

Repeating the same exercise for long periods burdens your body and will cause deep pain in your muscles.  2. Add what you enjoy: -
Initially, you will find it difficult to stay in a new routine. Why not link it to a hobby you enjoy! Join your exercise program with music or sync it with your dance or anything else. What you do best is to make you better. For many people, just being out makes all the difference if you enjoy walking outside. Where you can enjoy your alone time and spend some quality time with nature. This will make your routine more interesting and enjoyable. The things you enjoy more will help you achieve better results at a much faster pace.

 3. Warm-Up: -
Having a little warm-up session before you start your workout can help you improve your working performance by being injured at any time. Warmup helps reduce muscle pain and expose the body's own cardiovascular system. It raises your body temperature and also increases blood flow for muscle warm-up, you can also help boost your flexibility. The best option is to start your workout with hands bent, leg kick, and walking lunges. It can be great to start with such aerobic exercises. The second thing that needs to be kept in mind is that getting warm will help your body to pull more and reduce the chances of muscle loss.

4. Responsible is not the only option: -
Whenever the word exercise falls on your ears, you often think of the gym. Exercising and staying healthy does not necessarily include gyming. There are various ideas that you might not want to run towards the gym. For example, horse riding, ballroom dancing, rollerblading, hiking, and many more. Exercise is not always about push-ups, pull-ups, and sit-ups. This can be replaced with yoga, dancing, hiking, or even a simple jog!
