Fact 1 :-

Michael and Trevor used to do bank jobs together up north. Michael was injured during a failed mission in 2004, and Trevor believed that he was dead. In actual fact, Michael made a deal with the FIB which involved faking his death.

 

 

Fact 2 :-

The museum called Bishop´s WTF?! on Hollywood Boulevard and North Highland Avenue is a parody of the real life museum Ripley´s Believe it or Not!

 

 

Fact 3 :-

On Michael's tombstone in North Yankton it states that he was born in 1965 (making him 48 in 2013). However Trevor, Lester, and his son Jimmy all state that he is 45 years old (meaning he was born in 1968). Therefore his exact age is unclear.

 

 

Fact 4 :-

Many cities and districts in Los Angeles County have been recreated in GTAV. These include, but are not limited to: Hollywood (Vinewood), Downtown Los Angeles (Downtown Los Santos), Koreatown (Little Seoul), Venice (Vespucci) and Santa Monica.

 

 

Fact 5 :-

Trevor Phillips' starting vehicle in the game is a "Canis Bodhi" pickup truck. Steven Ogg, Trevor's voice actor, has a son named Bodhi. It's believed the vehicle is named after his son.

 

 

Fact 6 :-

Dynamic missions, similar to Red Dead's "Random World Events", make a return. There are 57 in total, and examples include characters with broken down cars, a hitchhiker, or two parked cars with dead bodies around them - which you can investigate to initiate dynamic missions.

The main weapon wheel is broken down into a series of subcategories; after scrolling with the stick to the weapon type you want, left and right on the D-pad will cycle between additional individual weapons.

During The Paleto Score, if Packie McReary is brought along as a heist gunman, he begins to talk about a robbery in Liberty City: It was me, my brother Derek, God rest his soul, my pal Michael, God rest his soul, and another boy Niko, who's probably dead too." This refers to the events of the mission Three Leaf Clover in Grand Theft Auto IV.

Inside Franklin's second safe-house, a golden record can be found hanging on a wall. On close inspection, it's possible to make out "OG Loc" written on it, referncing the character OG Loc from Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas.

 

 

Fact 10 :-

Between 23:00 and 0:00 in the eastern peak of Mount Gordo, the ghost of Jolene Cranley-Evans will be present. She will not take damage or move, and the name of her estranged husband, Jock, is written in blood on the rock where she stands. Jolene fades away if the player gets too close.

 

 

Fact 11 :-

Vehicles can also be customized. Customizations include paintjobs, wheels, window tints, grills and spoilers, along with robust performance upgrades to suspension, engine, brakes, and more that make meaningful changes to the way vehicles feel and handle. There are more than 1000 vehicle modifications available, both cosmetic and performance.

 

 

Fact 12 :-

In the mission "Fresh Meat", the opening cutscene was almost entirely improvised by the two main actors (Steven Ogg as Trevor and Shawn Fonteno as Franklin). During motion-capture, Ogg tripped over an obstacle and Fonteno broke out laughing. Upon standing up, Ogg started to yell at Fonteno (in character) and the scene was kept in-game.
