The man in the pond water overnight in such cold.

Once Upon a Time in India, Emperor Akbar announced- ' whoever will be standing in the pond water near the palace overnight in the cold will be rewarded big. After hearing the announcement, a man named Bahadur showed the feat of standing in a water pond overnight in such cold. The king wanted to know how he stood in the water in such cold? So he asked Bahadur, how you did it? Bahadur respectfully said, "Oh my king! I kept Seeing lamps burning in front of your palace throughout the night." But the emperor was misunderstood and he felt that he was warmed by the burning lamps of the palace. So he did no reward the man for his bravery. On the second day in the court. At Birbal's view, the king sent a servant to Birbal's house. But Birbal did not come and answered I am cooking khichdi (an Indian food).

The servant came back and said "Oh my king! Birbal is cooking khichdi."  The next day the king received the same reply.

Then the emperor himself reached the birbal's house to know what is going wrong.

Birbal buried a bamboo and hung a pot at a height much higher than the flame to cook khichdi in it. After seeing this The emperor Akbar asked, "Birbal, the pot of khichdi hangs so high, how will the heat reach there?"

Birbal said, when Bahadur can get the warmth of the lamps in front of palace, then my khichdi can also be cooked on this flame. After that the king thought deeply and understood everything. He Smiled lightly. The next day he called Bahadur but Bahadur was scared and thought if the king will punish me because of his misunderstanding. When he reached the palace the king smiled and gave him the reward. In this way, Birbal got rid of injustice done to Bahadur.
