Our brain

 

        The above is the image of our brain, and this is how our mind looks like.

As you all know, our brain is an integral part of our body, and it is our responsibility to protect it as well. If we do not pay attention to our minds correctly, then our brain we stop working. Like it happened in my life that I was not eating food and drinking lots of water properly, and my mind also started getting weak. Due to the feeble brain, my soul even did not seem to work, and I started having a lot of problems at work. People were growing up, and I was going backward. My life was dry, and I could not enjoy life. Doctors kept giving me medicines. And now, I did not want to eat drugs. Then I learned a lot from many people around me and by reading. Like our body, the mind also has to be healthy. Only then can we work with more compliments, and we will also be happy. There are no good ideas and thoughts in weak minds. Then people are not satisfied with our work. Good ideas and good feelings come from a healthy mind.

Here are some ways we can make our brain better:

1. Eating - We have to eat all kinds of nutritious food, and we will also have to eat whatever nutritious things are needed in the brain like Omega 3 fatty acid food, olive oil, walnuts, almonds, banana, eggs, turmeric, etc. are all brainy foods.

2. Regular exercise - Exercise protects our brain from depression. Stress is reduced in our minds. It also simplifies our life. We feel happy in our life. The meaning and ways of living our lives change for the better. The fresh air and oxygen in the morning keep our minds sharp. Jogging, prolonged walking, meditations, etc. in the morning do many benefits to us. You can also do some mind concentration practices.

3. Sense organs - We should also use all the five sense organs - ears, nose, eyes, tongue, and skin. All our sense organs are connected with our brains. They send information to our minds and help us to understand the world around us.

4. Geen and leafy vegetables - We should eat all kinds of plants, especially green and leafy vegetables that contain chlorophyll. 

5. Drink water - Drinking plenty of water keeps our brain hydrated and active for work.

6. Dark chocolates - Eating dark chololates also boost our mind, and we do not feel sleepy. Then we can focus on our work without drowsing. You can eat chocolates like Belgium chololates, which are 55% - 80% dark. It also improves blood flow in our brains.

7. Play games - Playing brainy games also makes our brain sharp. You can solve puzzles our any such mind games.

The benefits of all these practices improve sleep at night, enhance memory, recognition, positive mind, fast learning, and understanding improves remembering capacity. It is more beneficial to the children as they have a growing account and brain.
