Do you want to lose 20kg of body weight in just 30 days?              Then you can follow the same steps that I applied myself to lose weight. Losing weight is not much complicated as we are thinking. There are different methods that we can use to lose weight like exercise every day, following a healthy diet, healthy eating habits, avoiding unhealthy foods, etc. Some of them that I applied in my personal life and got the result.

 

A. Exercise for 30 minutes every day

        Once we wake up in the morning, we need to go jogging for at least 20 minutes and 10 minutes stretching of your body. Doing this, our body will start burning body fat by burning calories. And also, stretching the body helps to make our body fixable, relax, and energetic for the whole day. Once the exercise competes, we need to drink Luke warm water for hydrating our body. It also helps our body to detox and loses body fat.

 

B. Prepare your food for the whole day.

           Usually, while losing weight, we must be strick and conscious about our food, what we are consuming the whole day because the diet is the most critical factor in weight loss.

1. Snack meal: 

                         We can take two eggs, white, nuts, and some fruits for snacks. Your morning meal must be high in protein that helps to repair your damaged tissue during exercise.

2. Lunch: 

                     We can consume 1/2 cup of rice with familiar vegetables which we are consuming every day. Which provides your body calories.

3 Afternoon meal: 

                          We can take some salad like (vegetables, salad, fruit salad, green salad) as you comfort. But altogether avoid other junk food if you want to lose weight. The salad contains high fiber that helps to digest our food and also improves our digestion process.

4. Dinner: 

                        In dinner, we can take 2/3 chapati or 1 cup of rice with everyday vegetables as our comfort but avoid all the extra oily, and high calories contain food. And before going to bed, drink Luke warm water. It also helps you to lose weight.

 

D. Always carry some snacks: 

                          During this process, we may get hungry frequently because your body is getting low calorie, then we burn every day. So always have some snacks like nuts, fruits with you, which is easy to carry, and you can eat anywhere, whenever we want. Avoid clod water and only drink Luke warm water for 30 days that also helps to burn our body fat slowly. Drinking lukewarm water even lose hunger.

          There are different things that we love eating every day like soft drinks, street foods, junk food which contain extra sugar, calories, oil, fats, etc. Once we make a goal to lose weight that we must stay far from those things and start following healthy eating habits. Adopting healthy eating habits and a healthy lifestyle slowly motivated us to lose. Eating healthy food not only helps us to lose weight, but it also allows us to stay healthy and far from the disease. Losing weight is not as difficult as we think, but if we could be able to follow those steps every day, you can see the result within 30 days.
